1.
I can hear the pitter-patter of the rain and I'm watching all the cars imitating shooting stars out my window.
2.
I stubbed my toe skipping across the wet river rocks and suddenly found myself falling into the water. Soaked to the bone, I met the eyes of teachers in ties saying, "there's no time for falling. Time to move onward!" They took me to school tied back my hair and washed both my palms then they closed all of the windows. Forced me to sit demonstrate my wit and if I should quit, the best I'd become is a failure. It seems that the grass gets greener, just before the winter then all that you have to see, to think, to hold, to eat to breathe, is a memory of the warmth before the freeze. They gave me a book and forced me to look at the words on the page they said that's where I'd find the answers. Then after I'd read they poked at my head 'til I finally said, "I'd rather go back to the water."

Breadcrumbs 05:21
I took the dirt road it's the long way home guided by a shadow I borrowed feathers from a mourning dove and made you a headdress out of my love. While painting with laughter I learned your name and counted the freckles on your frame, A constellation of innocence permission for our love affair to commence. Baby bird listen how you stumble on your words I know your beak is hungry but your appetite won’t be satiated by a familiar bite You’re fogging up the windows of your own mind What are you trying to find? Who could predict such stormy pain without the aid of a weather vain collect your rain drops, preserve your dew and i will leave a trail of breadcrumbs for you. You seem frail gathering the bread crumbs from the trail Dwelling in shade even in the sun’s golden arcade And though you salute winter and wish her well I know you’re caught in autumn’s spell.
4.
I could waste all my days waiting for your warm embrace and count the ways that I love your face and hope that all your wronging was really longing in disguise That way I'd know that you love me so you just didn't have the words to say it. Oh honey pie, won't you please spare, please, just one kiss for me? That way I'd know that I wasn't just wasting my time. I can see in your eyes all the yearning of a tender and timid heart that is burning. Well, no one said that loving comes easily, but I will keep on trying until the moment that you see... Oh, darling please, put my heart at ease. I'm so tired of spending all these nights feeling lonely. My love for you won't subside, but baby you're hurting my pride. Convince me that I'm not just wasting my time. I'd like to know that I'm not just wasting my time. So convince me that I'm not just wasting my time.

Almond Eyes 05:04
Almond eyes so dark and wise tell me, where will you sleep tonight? On a hill? By a well? In the daffodils where Autumn fell? Almond eyes hold fireflies and blink away the cold November skies If I kiss your eyes goodnight, would you leave a light on for me? Almond eyes, Almond eyes, tell me, where will you sleep tonight? On a hill? By a well? In the daffodils where Autumn fell? If I kiss your eyes goodnight, would you leave a light on for me?
6.

Canyon Canon 02:13
Flipped a canyon upside down and all I got was a dripping mountain
8.
Ivory Town 04:48
Who could desire privacy couchant on the sands of the Adriatic Sea? Where the girls wear their tans like golden crowns and frown upon the clouds that wave to the Ivory Town. I don't want to know your sunny skies. Take me home to the glow in his stormy eyes. Passing by a castle in the evening air watching all the people in their shops selling their wares. Plates of bright colors, jars of jam, but I long for the eyes that remind me who I am. Counting the days like counting grains of sand. Waiting for the hour when my hand would meet your hand. They cannot find me they think I'm asleep, But there beyond the shore I'm in the turquoise deep. Wearing the seawater like a salty gown, writing my farewell to the Ivory Town. Counting the days like counting grains of sand. Waiting for the hour when my hand would meet your hand.
